1. Service Description

ContShare helps coordinate container groups for vehicle imports. We connect users to share container space (up to 4 space units per container). We only provide the platform - shipping, customs, and forwarder services are separate.

2. Account Rules

• One account per person
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• You can delete your account anytime (unless you have active paid memberships)

3. Group Membership & Payments

• Platform fee: $100 USD per space unit
• You can leave a group before paying
• Once paid, membership is final (no leaving)
• Refunds only for: duplicate charges, platform errors, or cancelled groups
• All shipping and customs fees are separate

4. Prohibited Actions

• Creating multiple accounts
• Impersonating admin or support
• Misleading other members in group chats
• Harassment or spam

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts for violations above. Suspended users cannot login but can contact support. Admins can reactivate accounts after issues are resolved.

6. Disputes

Payment disputes go through our payment processor's dispute process. Other disputes should be resolved directly between parties involved.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept changes. Major changes will be announced.
