• Group members: see anonymous identifier (Member***) and vehicle count only
• Forwarders: get full member details only after all members have paid
• Payment processor: for secure transactions
• No one else (we never sell your data)

We use encryption, secure connections, and trusted payment processors. Card details are never stored on our servers - they go directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor.

5. Your Rights

• View your data anytime in your dashboard
• Update your information
• Delete your account (except if you have active paid memberships)
• Request data export

6. Data Storage

• Active account data: kept while you use the service
• Deleted accounts: removed immediately (except payment records)
• Payment records: kept for tax/legal requirements (7 years)
• Group chats: deleted 3 months after group closes
